One of my hopes for us as a church is that we would learn to take Sunday into Monday. What we hear from God’s Word on Sunday is not meant to stay in the sanctuary. It is meant to shape the way we think, live, love, work, lead, and follow Jesus throughout the week.
Each week, I’ll be sending out a few questions to help us slow down, reflect on Scripture, and consider how God wants His Word to take root in our lives. Take a few minutes to work through these questions on your own, and then consider sharing them with your spouse, a friend, your Bible study, or someone you regularly meet with. My prayer is that these conversations would help us move from simply hearing the Word to living the Word together.
