Annual Meeting ~ January 26, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.
The Church Annual Meeting is scheduled for Sunday, January 26, 2023, immediately following the morning worship service.

We encourage all members of the church to attend the meeting. There are important items on the agenda that require a vote to proceed. We will have the election of consistory members, approval of the 2025 church budget and possibly more.

Our church By-laws require at least 40 members of the congregation present to hold a vote. Your attendance gives you as members, the opportunity to participate in important decisions for our church.
Our Praise Team Performing ~ Sunday, January 19, 2025 @ 8:45 a.m.
Our Praise Team will perform and lead us in Christmas themed songs during the worship service on Sunday, January 19, 2025.

Youth Group Meeting ~ January 19th ~ 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. @ the Van Daalwyk's home.
Rise Up Youth Group is open to students from 5th thru 12th grade and generally meets twice a month during the school year on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month. Some of our meetings are service projects or youth friendly events that may affect the day we meet. Check the calendar to confirm meeting dates and locations.

Most meetings are held at the home of Bob & Brenda Van Daalwyk. Address: N6939 Irish Road – Hilbert. Supper is prepared for all those in attendance.

We invite our youth and their friends to join us at these youth group meetings. Our Youth Group is open to all area youth. It is not necessary to be a member of Peace E & R Church to join the Youth Group.
Mom's Study Group ~ Meets every other Wednesday @ 6:00 p.m. Starting January 15th ~ Check the calendar for additional dates.
This group will start meeting on January 15th. Tara Bruckner is the contact person.
Unshackled - Living Free in God’s Grace in a Life of Recovery ~ Fridays at 7:00 p.m. Starting January 24th

Adult Sunday School ~ 10:10 a.m. In the Pastor's Office
Class meets in Pastor Marc's office following the worship service. Studying the Book of Mark.
Women's Bible Study Group ~ Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m.
Join us for Season 4 of "The Chosen" series. A Christian TV series that explores the life of Jesus Christ through the perspective of those who interacted with him. We use a study guide that accompanies the series.
Confirmation Classes ~ Wednesdays 6:15 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.
Our Confirmation process is a two-year program. Students are eligible to begin confirmation when they enter the 7th grade and are confirmed after completing two years in the program. Classes are led by Pastor Marc Axelrod and Jeanne Axelrod.

Parent/Student Orientation - Wednesday, September 4th at 6:30 p.m.

Classes begin on September 11th and run through April on Wednesday evenings from 6:15 to 7:45 p.m.

Materials for our 2024-2025 Confirmation classes will be posted to this website once they are approved by Pastor Marc.

Titus Bible Study ~ Fridays at 3:00 p.m.
Join us for Bible study on Friday afternoons at 3:00 p.m. as we examine the Book of Titus.
Saturday Breakfast & Bible Study Group ~ 7:00 a.m. on select Saturdays ~ Book of Matthew
Join us for breakfast, fellowship and Bible study. We meet at 7 Angels restaurant in Chilton on select Saturdays. The dates are listed on our calendar and in the church announcements.

This group is in the Book of Matthew and studies one chapter each time they meet. Pastor Marc will bring printed copies of the study questions with him to the breakfast. Study questions are also available on this website under the Bible Lessons tab.
Operation Christmas Child Shoebox Gifts ~ A project of Samaritan's Purse®
Last year we assembled and shipped 601 Shoebox Gifts with your generous donations.

We are collecting gift items and empty shoeboxes for this year's Shoebox Gifts. Place gift items and shoeboxes in the bins located in the main entrance foyer.

Gift items we are collecting include:
- New Clothes for Boys or Girls ages 2 to 14, Socks, Flip-Flops, Sunglasses
- Combs/Brushes, Bar Soap, Washcloths, Toothbrushes, Toothbrush Covers
- Tools - Plyers, Screwdrivers, Small Hammers, Wrenches, Screws, Nails, Flashlights with Batteries
- Small Stuffed Animals (Beanie Baby size), 9-inch Dolls, Toy Cars, Small Balls, Puzzles, Yo-yos, Small Frisbee
- Pens, Pencils, Erasers, Pencil Sharpeners, Markers, Crayons, Colored Pencils, Scissors, Small Notepads and Coloring Books, Stickers

Love Packages ~ Collection of New & Used Christian Materials
We are collecting new and used Christian materials the Love Packages organization. Their vision is to see all of America’s excess Christian material placed on the mission fields of the world. A list of the items they are collecting is shown below. We have a collection bin in the Narthex for donated materials.
- Bibles - New or used, any translation, New Testaments or other portions, individual gospel booklets.
- Reference Material - Dictionaries, Bible dictionaries, concordances, commentaries, etc.
- Books - All Christian books; adult or children, non-fiction
- Magazines and Daily Devotionals - Any devotionals or magazine from a Christian publisher
- Sunday School Materials - Adult quarterlies and all teacher manuals in any amount from all publishers; children’s quarterlies with the teacher’s manual and full student manuals.
- CDs, DVDs, Blu-ray - Music, movies, teaching from well-known speakers (Billy Graham, Swindoll, etc.)
- Tracts - All tracts
- Puppets, Nativity Sets, etc. - Bible games, biblical puzzles; anything that helps teach the gospel, especially to children.
Still not sure? We essentially have two criteria for deciding what material we accept: Something that will lead someone to faith in Christ and/or something that will disciple a believer. If your material does one of those things, send it.

- Guideposts
- Handiwork or busy papers from Sunday School materials
- Secular books (other than dictionaries)
- Missions magazines
The Voices of Peace Music Ministry ~ CD's & Cookbook
Help support the Voices of Peace music ministry and mission work by purchasing their CDs "Gospel Favorites" or "All is Well". You may also purchase their cookbook “The Good News and Good Food”. Cost is $15 each.
